Terms of Sale — Seasonal Apartment Rental
Casablanca Bord de Mer — Rental of a furnished apartment in Palm Zenata (Casablanca). By booking, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms of Sale.1. Purpose & Parties
These terms govern the seasonal rental, for temporary accommodation and leisure purposes, of the furnished apartment located in Palm Zenata (Casablanca). The Lessor is Casablanca Bord de Mer (“we”), and the Customer is the person making the booking (“you”).2. Booking
Booking is made online via our website casablanca-borddemer.com (availability calendar). It becomes final after payment and receipt of the confirmation email.- Minimum stay: 7 nights; 4-night minimum during special periods (including AFCON & 2030 World Cup).
- Capacity: maximum 4 guests (adults/children, including infants).
- The Customer declares the booking is for personal use only, with no subletting and no paid event organization.
3. Payment (card)
Payment is made exclusively by bank card (Visa, MasterCard… secure Stripe payment). Unless otherwise stated on the offer:- Charge: 100% at the time of booking.
- or a 30% deposit at booking and payment of the balance on arrival.
- No access to the apartment will be granted without full payment of the rental upon key handover.
- The invoice is sent by email after payment.
- Any bank fees related to the Customer’s payment method remain the Customer’s responsibility.
4. Rates, taxes & services
Prices are shown in € and include taxes. They include accommodation and the standard amenities described on the website. Unless otherwise stated, optional services, specific consumptions and transportation are not included.- Local taxes: any applicable tourist tax and local fees will be charged according to regulations in force.
- End-of-stay cleaning & laundry: included / flat fee of €50
5. Stay (check-in/out, keys, use)
- Check-in: from [15:00]. Check-out: by [11:00].
- Key handover: in person or via a secure key box (instructions sent before arrival).
- The apartment is strictly non-smoking indoors. Pets are only allowed with prior written agreement.
- Quiet and respectful use of the residence is required (no parties or noise disturbances).
6. Cancellation, changes & no-show
In case of cancellation by the Customer:- ≥ 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
- Between 29 and 15 days: 50% refund.
- ≤ 14 days or no-show: non-refundable.
7. Security deposit & damages — €500 deposit
A security deposit of €500 is required from the Customer.
This amount is not charged immediately and is intended to cover:
damage and loss (furniture, equipment, linens) identified after the stay,
exceptional costs (lost key, emergency call-out, extra cleaning),
upon presentation of supporting evidence (photos, quote, invoice).
If damage or costs are identified, the Lessor will inform the Customer within 7 days after departure. Where applicable, all or part of the deposit may be charged, up to the documented amounts, using the same payment method or any other method agreed with the Customer.
If no damage or exceptional costs are identified, the deposit will not be charged.
8. House rules & maintenance
- Respect for the premises, neighbors and condominium rules.
- Normal use of equipment (kitchen, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi…).
- Waste disposal and sorting according to local guidelines. Dishes should be put away on departure.
- The apartment must be left in good condition; otherwise, additional cleaning fees may apply if not included.
9. Liability, insurance & force majeure
- The Customer is responsible for personal belongings and is encouraged to verify insurance coverage (holiday liability).
- The Lessor cannot be held responsible for external disturbances (construction, neighborhood, public service outages) beyond their control.
- In case of force majeure (unforeseeable and unavoidable event making the rental impossible), either party may terminate without compensation, with a refund of amounts paid for unused nights.
10. Personal data
Information collected during booking is necessary to process the request and manage the stay. The Customer has the right to access, rectify and delete data by contacting contact@casablanca-borddemer.com. See our privacy policy.11. Governing law & disputes
These Terms of Sale are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or execution falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, subject to prior amicable resolution.12. Contact
